MICRO PULLEYS

Features 7075-T6 sideplates, aluminum sheave on the rescue model and nylon sheave on the standard model (RP109). With a 7/16" Maximum rope capacity and dual carabiner capability it quickly clips into rigging points to ease your load hauling problems.

RP109

RP110

Rescue Model with purple anodized aluminum sideplates, aluminum sheave, sintered bronze bushing.

RP110D - Double Micro Pulley

The RP110D has the same features as the rescue model in a double sheave version. Center becket design for rigging versitality.

RP102

A step up in strength and durability. Black anodized aluminum sideplates, aluminum sheave and permanently lubricated sintered bronze bushing.

RP103

For hostile environments and maximum service life. Blue anodized aluminum sideplates, aluminum sheave and permanently lubricated and sealed needle bearing.

RP104
High Strength in a compact design. Stainless steel sideplates, aluminum sheave and permanently lubricated and sealed needle bearing.

CABLE-ABLE PULLEYS

CMI has expanded its "Original" line of pulleys to fulfill the needs of users
of steel cable. These pulleys will work with both steel cable and synthetic rope.

RC102
Aluminum sideplates, steel sheave, sintered bronze bushing, stainless steel axle.

RC103

Aluminum sideplates, steel sheave, stainless steel axle with a sealed needle bearing.

RC104

Stainless steel sideplates, steel sheave, stainless steel axle with a sealed needle bearing.

DOUBLE ENDED PULLEYS

These versatile pulleys can be used in a variety of uses in load hauling, rescue and ropes course applications. Lower attachment allows pulleys to be rigged in block and tackle fashion, or a tagline can be attached to guide a load.

RP112

Aluminum sheave, sintered bronze bushing, hardened and ground axel.

RC106

Steel sheave, sealed needle bearing, hardened and ground axle. The RP106 may also be used with cable.

HEAVY DUTY PULLEYS

The extra large rigging point will accept two large carabiners. The extra wide, skirted sideplates fully enclose 5/8" rope, keeping it away from rock or building. Available in 3 or 4 inch sheave diameter

RP106

An intermediate 3" pulley. Features stainless steel sideplates, permanently lubricated and sealed needle bearing and hardened and ground axle.

RP108

Built for the most severe conditions, this pulley features stainless steel sideplates, 4" aluminum sheave, permanently lubricated and sealed needle bearing, and hardened and ground axle.

SERVICE LINE PULLEYS

Low Cost merged with High Quality, these pulleys designed for rescuers on a budget. They may lack some of the "bells and whistles" of the Hi-Roller series, but provide the same rugged, dependable service.

RP119

Double pulley. Stainless steel sideplates and becket, stainless steel axle, aluminum sheaves, and a non-sealed needle bearing.

HIGHLINE PULLEY

Stainless steel sideplates put the Highline pulley a cut above the rest, providing the highest strength to weight ratio of any carriage style pulley. Extra wide 3" sheave easily passes knots in 1/2" rope. Large rigging hole accepts up to 3 carabiners, two smaller holes are for tagline attachment. Two pins stowed directly on the sideplates allow it to be used as a high strength tie-off.

SHEAR REDUCTION BLOCK

Sideplates extend past the sheave to protect the rope. The sheave locking bolt the sheave to be reversed to extend the useful life.

TROLLEY

Sized for 3/8" or 1/2" cable. Dual hardened sheaves turn on sealed ball bearings. Heavy duty stainless steel sideplates extend beyond the sheaves to protect them from hard usage.
