Uses: Excellent general purpose chain of standard commercial quality for all ordinary applications not requiring high strength-to-weight ratios. Frequently used for fabricating tow chains, binding or tie -down chain and logging chains.
Do not use for overhead lifting. Minimum elongation 15% Proof tested.
Standard Material: Low carbon steel.
Standard Finish: Self-Colored (S.C.) or Hot Galvanized (H.G.) Also available Blu-Krome (B.K.) 3/16" through 3/8" and polycoated (1/4" refill reel). Sizes 3/16" through 1/2" are hallmarked at least every foot. Sizes 1" and above are hallmarked approximately 11 links apart.
Hallmark: MP and C3. Some sizes, particularly 3/16", have a "P" evert link.
Packaging: Drums and half drums (order unit is "feet"); pails and refill reels to fit Campbell merchandisers (order unit is "each").
