Options include:
Change the center rivet to be a removable pin/snatch
Change the fastener located in the center of the pulley from a rivet to a bolt (F1);
Change the 2 fasteners located at the top from rivets to bolts (F2)
Change all 3 fasteners from rivets to bolts (F3).
